Because of our arrival time and departure time at Portland, it was a contactless rental. John was very helpful and prompt with answering any questions I had. I hope we can rent this property again next year.

We were very pleased with the condo at The Lookout. The property was clean and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the two decks. The property was just as it appeared on your website.

Wonderful 5 day stay with extended family at Sandpiper in downtown Ogunquit.Beds were all super comfortable..high chairs were greatly appreciated..overall decor was nicely appointed

Your team was excellent. John Guy answered all of our questions promptly, he let us know of the propertys early availability and the house manager, Molly, was always available if we had any needs.

The house is in a great central Ogunquit location and large enough to accommodate our multi-generational family. My only suggestion is that while the description mentioned having linens, it really only included bedding and bath towels (we had to go out & buy wash cloths, hand towels & dish towels).

Everyone was friendly and quick to respond. Very easy and pleasant to work with your business. Molly stopped by to make sure we were ok and reassure us before the tropical storm arrived. Thank you for great service

We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the porch and location. Everything we needed was provided. The only recommendation I have is to install a better light in the dining room. It was very dim and we couldn't play games there in the evening.

Great location & nice updates from when we stayed about 4 years ago. Love the new bedroom furniture/bedding and mattresses, as well as the new floor in the kitchen. TV was a bit hard to figure out(maybe more detailed instructions in the book).

We had a great time and love the property. One concern: The door to the porch on the second floor needs attention (doesn't lock or even close properly). Same as last year. It's not my area of expertise, but I think the weather stripping is too thick. The owner should check this to avoid additional water damage.

We had a wonderful time here. We did wish that there was 1 more A/C for the finished basement and maybe a larger size pot but it was wonderful.

John Guy was helpful and patient with our questions.

We loved the property and it fit our needs and price range perfectly. Only issue was the loud squeaking of both the washer and dryer which was very annoying if you were trying to do anything in the kitchen.

All correspondence, lease signing and anything else done via email, was very easy. Pick up and drop off of keys was quick and easy and the gentleman in the office was very nice.

Love the size and location of this property-the front porch is such a great place to hang out and the location to the town and beach is so convenient!

I would definitely rent again

This was a great rental. I would recommend adding a toaster, checking the bathroom fixtures and adding glassware for 7, mixing bowls and general items like a wine opener. Note that the bathroom fixtures and the shower faucet were loose.

John Guy was very helpful and communicative about the property and maintenance issues.

Great cottage--Well stocked, especially the kitchen. Lots of space for our 2 families. Loved the generator because it kicked on for a bit one day.
