Excellent. John Guy is prompt, friendly and helpful.

Property was clean, quiet and well maintained. The light in the upstairs bathroom over the sink doesnt seem to work well. Might want someone to take a peak. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a great vacation in this property. It was perfect for our small, quiet family. The condo is clean and newly renovated. The pool is great. Walking distance to the beach is fantastic. We found the condo building to be quiet - with many residents who like it to stay quiet with nothing left outside the condo doors, which was fine for our family. But it would be good to put on the posting on Expedia and Vbro that its meant for quiet guests so that a loud family doesnt rent it and annoy the condo residents. A helpful neighbor let us know that the residents dont like things left outside the condo doors (shoes, towels, etc), would be good to have a sign that said that if its the social norm. Overall, it was a great stay and we would come again!

A thorough experience.

Had a great time sharing our cottage with family. It was our 3rd year in a row here, and we couldn't have been happier. The little upgrades, like some new furniture and mattresses were appreciated.

John is excellent to deal with and always has answers to my questions!

John Guy was easy to work with. Very professional and friendly. Listened to our needs and found this excellent vacation home for us.

Overall, great property. A few minor items: 1. Ground bees nest in mulch behind the rockers. We could not sit there. 2. Wasp nests in the front stair railings made for a challenge to avoid. 3. Main floor queen bed comforter had a rip in it. 4. Downstairs slider vertical curtain needs repair. 5. Two stains in basement back bedroom floor were brown and sticky. Again, overall great home.

John was responsive and friendly, and made the overall process of booking our stay completely seamless.

We had a lovely stay and look forward to returning in the future. The house is small but has loads of charm and character. We loved how quaint the neighbourhood is and proximity to the beach was great!

The size of the property was great for our family. The yard/deck and patio worked out well for our grandkids. I did call to leave a message about the slow drains but no call back with confirmation. The bathroom sink and tub upstairs are very slow draining. The beds need an update. The furniture was replaced which is really nice. It would be nice to have ceiling fans in the downstairs rooms. It was stuffy and warm inside. . A/c would be an awesome upgrade. No cookie sheet in the kitchen. We understand there was a significant cleaning prior to our visit we did find toys sticking out from under the furniture. The outside cushions do have mildew on them and could use a cleaning as well. A larger size recycle bin would help with the trash. Overall we had a great time and location was terrific. We would rent again and hope you take our recommendations as positive feedback.

Coming back for the second year was again a wonderful experience. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to our favorite footbridge beach.

We felt lucky to have been the first guests in #111. Almost everything was brand new. It was a great place to stay for our first trip to Olgunquit.

John was easy to work with and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Jean Knapp Reality has always been a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Home/Great Location Traveled with our children and grandchildren. House was perfect for us (8 adults and 3 children). Beautiful, quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to town and beach. House was clean and well maintained; well appointed with everything you might need. Jean Knapp Realty was very responsive to all our questions. We loved our stay and will rent this property again!!

Beautiful place. The shower could use some work- didnt drain properly and tough for my 63 husband to fit inside- but otherwise it was pretty much perfect for our needs.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay this year. The place has the right amount of space for the four of us to have plenty of together and alone time. We also enjoy the location as it is a very convenient walk to the beach and you can see the ocean from various windows in the house.

John was great, very responsive and easy to work with.

The house was perfect for our extended family. There was lots of room to spread out inside, and everyone enjoyed the outdoor space, with badminton and other games. The house was very clean, beds comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed the Keurig. We made good use of the large washer and dryer in the basement. The location was great, quiet and peaceful, a short walk to Marginal Way and Perkins Cove, 15 to 20 minutes to the big beach. A wonderful stay, thank you!!

It was easy and close by to acquire our needed keys.

We recently stayed at Unit #110 Elmwood Ogunquit, Maine . Check in and out was simple. The accommodations were perfect - within walking distance to Main St, beach and restaurants - no need to drive. All the needed amenities in the unit, tastefully decorated, very comfortable to spend time in. Cant wait for a return visit.

The property was perfect. It was perfectly situated in the middle of downtown Ogunquit and Perkins Cove.

John did a great job in helping us booking and explaining the whole process, from getting the keys and checking in to making sure we have everything we need for an enjoyable stay. You can't beat the excellent service we have received.

It was awesome, so relaxing and peaceful a great place to re-charge the batteries of life and to watch the ocean just wash away all the problems of the world.
