Such a sweet, clean and comfortable cottage! There were so many thoughtful touches and everything was well stocked (dishwasher and laundry detergents, paper towels, etc) A delightful stay and so close to Perkins Cove!

Overall, the house is very nice, the deck is lovely and the location is good. However, there are a few issues to note: The AC in the living room does not cool the downstairs. We had to locate the gas tank and install for the outdoor grill, which we didn't realize until we were about to start cooking.The inside of the grill was filled with leaves and debris. The kitchen is in need of: A couple spatulas that fit into a pan, and a new set of pans. The pans here are old and scratched up. Finally, the stairs are slippery. 2 of us actually fell down several stairs, hurting our shoulders and our bottoms. Not sure if the stairs were waxed, but please consider this and think about placing carpet strips on the stairs here. This is a potential liability. Finally, the bed frame for the twin bed upstairs is a hazard. The sharp corners and heavy metal, located outside if the mattress is not good and is a safety hazard. I'd suggest either padding the metal or getting a traditional bed frame.

An immaculately clean home with comfortable beds and a serene back deck. The neighborhood is charming, quiet and very walkable. Easy walk to the beach, marginal way and shops.

As always our stay was wonderful. Frank is a genial host and the house is so well kept and beautiful! I do have one suggestion: Put a light (solar?) by the bottom of the steps that lead to the street. It's very dark there at night and I fell Thursday night, going down the steps. We're already looking forward to next year's stay!!

Good communication

Wonderful and spacious house close to the shopping area and the beach . Lots of room lovely furnishings . Air conditioning lots of flat screen TVs close to restaurants and great coffee!
