Originally built in 1880, The Maine House is the perfect example of Ogunquit's seaside charm. Upon arrival, you are welcomed by an expansive wrap around farmer's porch - a peaceful space for a morning coffee and outside dining. Enter the main floor and you will be greeted with a grand foyer and full eat-in kitchen - equipped with all new stainless steel appliances, silverware, cutlery and crockery. The spacious living room offers a brand new flatscreen TV, gas fireplace, sufficient seating and plenty of natural sunlight. As an added bonus, there is a beautiful sunroom looking out onto the well-manicured garden!
Upstairs, each guest room boasts character and a level of uniqueness. The sizable rooms feature hardwood flooring throughout, en-suite baths with new tile, and central air conditioning. There is also complete patio in the rear of the home, which has a gas grill, additional outdoor seating, and a hot tub available for guest use!
