Welcome to 35 Pine Hill Rd South, a beautiful, newly renovated property with a perfect location for a relaxing, peaceful vacation to Southern Maine! You can practically see Marginal Way entrance from the property. For those who have not vacationed to this area before, Marginal Way is a beautiful walking path along the rocky Maine coast. The stroll takes you to Perkins Cove and the center of Ogunquit.
This home comes equipped with everything you need - from furnishings to linens to silverware. 35 Pine Hill has a maximum occupancy of six (6), with two queen beds, a full bed, and two full pull-out sofas. The 1st floor has a 3/4 bathroom, and the 2nd floor is a half bathroom. Each room has amazing natural light, and the entire property maintains an aesthetically pleasing color scheme. Outside, the property is situated on a hill with a wooded area, allowing for privacy and peace. You can sit outside, utilize the grill or relax in the shade and enjoy the nature around you!
