This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage underwent a kitchen update in the fall of 2022, which included new cabinetry, countertops, and a new refrigerator. It has a nice back yard with outdoor seating, which provides plenty of space to have a cookout, enjoy a morning cup of coffee or relax with an evening cocktail. The home is equipped with 3 window A/C units, which keeps the property at a very comfortable temperature during the summer months.
The sleeping arrangements are ideal for 4 guests. This rental is also pet friendly, so we welcome you to bring your four legged friend (pet fee required)!

Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit (located in the RE/MAX REALTY One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907).
DO NOT PARK at the Jean Knapp Office or the Rental Property Prior to Check In
Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys to Jean Knapp office.Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry room
