Gather your family and friends for the perfect beach vacation! Nestled in the gorgeous Ogunquit neighborhood of Windward, this home is on a quiet street yet only a .3 mile walk to town (via Dana Rd to Berwick Rd) and an additional .4 mile walk to the beach. You’ll have privacy AND all the Ogunquit shops, restaurants, and beach at your fingertips at the same time!
Inside you’ll find a roomy, and open concept. The kitchen is stocked with everything you’ll need to cook for your friends and family. Enjoy your meals in the cozy dining room then relax on the comfy couches in the living room. The dining room sliders open to a brand new small back deck for grilling. (Please remember to never leave the grill unattended while in use.)
Sleeping set-up features a first floor Master bedroom complete with private bath and jacuzzi tub. Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms, one with a king bed and a pullout sofa, one with a queen, and another with two twin bed sleeping nooks.
For those who might prefer a little separation from the other guests, the basement offers a daylight-walk out suite complete with 1 Bedroom / 1 queen bed, a living room / kitchenette and it's own 3/4 (shower) bathroom. There are sliding doors to the outdoor shower and back yard. Access from main house via basement stairs.
Property does NOT provide Linen, towels, beach towels. Mattress covers, blankets, quilts, and pillows will be provided.
Parking: Limit 4 cars - 2 Park in driveway, 2 cars on the street

Saturday Check-In after 3:00 PM - Guests will pick up keys from the Jean Knapp Rentals office downtown Ogunquit ( located in the RE/MAX REALTY One office at 84 School St. Ogunquit, ME 03907 ).
DO NOT PARK prior to check-in time as cleaners have access until then to prepare for your stay. Thank you for understanding.
Saturday Check-Out until 10:00 AM - Drop off keys to Jean Knapp office. Cleaners arrive promptly. Please try to leave the home as you found it. Empty the refrigerator/freezer. Please leave beds unmade. Bring towels to the laundry roomTRASH DAY: INFO soon - We appreciate your assistance. Large trash barrels are provided. Recycling only at the Ogunquit Tranfer Station off Berwick Rd.
We are collecting Redeemable Bottles and Cans for the Marginal Way Restoration Fund. Jean Knapp Rentals has the "Clink Bags" for the fundraiser. You may drop off the filled bags to the Jean Knapp Rentals (outside - by the A/C unit for MWF pick-up).
