This top floor, end unit, at Coastal Condos is directly across the street from Wells Beach, only about a hundred yards! Located near Public Access Walkway #1 and #2, your given the opportunity to come and go from the beach as you please. Walk up to the 2nd floor of the complex and you will find #20. Enter the unit and there is a combined kitchen & living room space. On the first floor, there is also the first bedroom, which consists of two twin beds and the 3/4 bathroom. Upstairs there is a master bedroom (considered the loft) which has a full sized bed and additional seating to kick back and relax. The sofa does also pull out to a bed, if needed for an additional guest. The complex also has outdoor picnic tables and a grill!
The outdoor seating (1 table, 4 chairs) on the deck adds a nice touch to the property. Sit outside, smell the salt air and enjoy the ocean breeze!
