Everything was so wonderful, extremley clean, beautiful yard with grills, tables nd chairs. Within walking distant to downtown and all the shops, and the marginal way is less than 5 minutes way.

The property was clean, modern and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic for walking to all desired locations in Ogunguit. The bed was very comfortable and we especially loved the central a/c unit. We would definitely stay here again.

Very easy to work with Jean Knapp Rentals, the emails covered everything we needed to know and the process was easy. Once there, pick up and drop off of keys was quick and easy with a friendly gentleman both days!

We had such a great stay! Perfect location to walk to shops, restaurants, market & beach. The house for perfect for seven people-and had everything you needed for a great stay.

We had a fabulous week at beautiful 16 Beach Street! Perfect location in a newly decorated 6 bedroom house, great size for our large family. Quick walk to beach, shops and plenty of great restaurants!!

The property was perfect for our family of 9 plus a dog. It was very close to everything. Lots of bedrooms and living area. The rooftop deck was amazing as well as outdoor eating space. More counter-space for cooking and kitchen space would have been ideal.

The team was prompt in returning emails/phone calls and friendly when I stopped to pick up keys.

The property is a great place with plenty of room but there are lots of bees that hang around the flowers which overhang the deck. The light switches dont really work with any lights and there were no outside lights that functioned with any switch. Loved having a washer/dryer and the garage was great for my 3 year old grandson to ride his scooter when it rained.

Nice unit! We have stayed in the Lookout several times but liked this unit because we had a bed instead of a sofa bed and our own parking space. It was nicely decorated and had what we needed. Aldo liked how close it is to the beach!

The property was lovely. We truly enjoyed our stay. One thing that you should consider doing is changing the lock code after every rental.

We LOVED our week at 7 Jack's Cove! We are so glad that we took the time to check out some properties because this house is way above the others. The house, yard and beach are all terrific. It was great to get together with our boys and their families in such an awesome spot. We all agreed that we have started a new tradition. Next summer can't come soon enough!

John was very helpful and responded quickly after hours when we had an issue with the TV/Wi-Fi

The house was great and the location was fantastic to get to any of the beaches and stores locally. You are just far enough off of Route 1 in a nice neighborhood. The house is great for 6 people and great if you have kids as well. A garden hose out front or out back would have been nice to spray off after going to the beach. Overall this place is great and nicely updated.

Extremely comfortable and well suited for our group. We loved the deck and enjoyed every afternoon relaxing there. We also enjoyed the somewhat rigorous walk to and from the beach. Great exercise for us. The house was well stocked very clean and the owner was very pleasant.
