Our Services
Lead Management
We handle all communication leading to reservations promptly. Time-sensitive inquiries receive immediate responses, complete with up-to-date information about the property and rental services, ensuring potential renters feel satisfied and prepared to book.
Rental Agreement
Every renter must sign and agree to the policies set forth by Jean Knapp Rentals. This agreement serves to protect you, the homeowner, in any unforeseen situations or issues that may arise at your property.
The Jean Knapp Agency ensures that each renter adheres to their agreement if any problems occur and upholds a strict cancellation policy.
Money Handling
We accept all major credit cards through a secure booking system. We also collect and remit sales tax to the State of Maine and provide monthly statements and payments to homeowners.
Check In/Out
We greet all renters = whether in email or in person for check-in, providing a warm welcome to Ogunquit, York, and Wells while reminding them of the procedures to follow during their stay.
Pictures
To effectively market your property, we will take professional photos specifically tailored for rentals. Unlike standard listing images, we usually capture and edit over 30 unique shots of your property, showcasing every angle that potential renters desire.
Turnovers/Cleanings
We coordinate with cleaners to schedule turnovers and maintain communication to ensure your property is left in excellent condition.
On-Call Rental Agent
Our rental agency is available seven days a week during the rental season to assist property owners. Any issues that arise will be handled by an agent on a case-by-case basis, involving the homeowner only when necessary.
